What this site is

The Lottery Manual is an informational tool: draw history, number analysis, and community discussion. It isn't affiliated with any state lottery, doesn't sell tickets, doesn't process wagers, and can't improve your odds of winning — no system can. See Responsible Gambling for more on that.

Data accuracy

Draw results, history, and analysis are aggregated from publicly published sources on a good-faith, best-effort basis. Errors, delays, or omissions are possible. This site is never the authoritative source for a draw result — always verify with your official state lottery before acting on anything shown here. Everything is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.

Your account

You're responsible for the security of your own account and for anything posted under it. You must be at least 13 years old to register. Provide a real, working email — it's how we deliver password resets and pick-match notifications.

Acceptable use

By using the forum or any other interactive part of the site, you agree not to:

• Post anything illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit
• Spam, impersonate another person, or attempt to manipulate votes/reactions
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the site

We may remove content, mute, suspend, or permanently ban an account that violates these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post (forum topics, replies, your bio, etc.). By posting it, you grant us a license to display and distribute it as part of operating the site — including keeping past posts visible even after you delete your account, so replies from other members still make sense.

Donations

Donations made via the header's Donate button are voluntary, go through PayPal, and are non-refundable except where required by law. They support running the site and don't purchase any product, service, or special access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lottery Manual and its operator aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including decisions made based on data shown here.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
